Cucumber Mint + Lime Popsicles

If hot days make you feel tired, sluggish, or less focused, try this enjoyable snack. Cucumbers are the ultimate hydrating food along with grapes and lime. This creative pairing will help cool you off, while also giving you more energy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • ½ lime, peeled

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Cut the cucumber and lime into appropriate sizes for juicer.⁣
  • Pour the juice into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ of the way.⁣
  • Freeze for about 30 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks.⁣
  • Continue freezing for about 6 hours (or overnight) until the popsicles are completely frozen. Enjoy!⁣
