Hiking, walking, resistance training.
I juice for my family. In order to feel better overall, have more energy and add more vital nutrients to my diet.
Muay Thai, surfing, biking, hiking, chasing after my 1 year old daughter
Juicing has made a huge positive impact on the health of my entire family, including my daughter as the next generation. I am grateful that my work is dedicated to something I am so passionate about.
I take a class two or three times a week, usually something new from boxing to pilates to keep it interesting! If I don’t have time I’ll run on the treadmill for 30 minutes to get my heart pumping.
My immune system has always been bad. As a kid, my parents never took me anywhere because I would always get sick. Without fail I used to catch a heavy fever twice a year and will be ill for at least a week. After juicing my fevers never came back again, and also no more colds during flu season. The abundance of micronutrients in drinking juice keeps my immune system strong and healthy. Not only that, but it’s also been amazing for clearing my skin!
Joe’s Mean Green. I go off the recipe book on this, so it’s my own custom juice.
I pick up heavy things and put them down. I also have an unhealthy obsession with the stair master.
Because of the way it makes me feel. No matter how hard I fall off the wagon, a big ol glass of green juice picks me right back up. It’s also a reminder to not take your health granted.
My favorite juice recipe is Joe’s Mean Green with a twist, I typically add extra leafy greens about 1-2 bunches (kale, spinach, chard, arugula), parsley, and lots of extra ginger.
I enjoy the outdoors with my wife and dog, walking and hiking on fun adventures. I am starting to get back into the gym and playing golf and other sporting activities after recently recovering from an injury.
Juicing has become such an important part of my life that I cannot go a couple of days without juice because my body craves the micronutrients and flavors. About 5 years ago, I started incorporating 3 and 5 day juice fasts a few times a year to help my body reset by letting my digestive system rest, while flooding my body with vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients from fruits and vegetables. After completing a juice fast, I would feel like my body was operating at a higher level and I would feel so much more alive with clearer skin, more energy, clearer mind and better sleep. After an injury, I was constantly in pain, I struggled with eating all kinds of unhealthy foods and not being able to exercise or do much physical activity, I gained a bunch of weight, I felt terrible and the pain just got worse. Luckily, I have a family that truly cares for me and told me that I needed to make a change. I started with a 5-day juice fast and began looking at food as a source of healing, slowly incorporating physical activity like biking around the neighborhood, swimming, stretching and core strengthening exercises. Adding at least 1 juice to my diet everyday has helped me to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Juice is important to me because it is a symbol of good health and I love the flavors of mother nature and how they make me feel after drinking them
Big fan of the basics…and the Carrot Apple Ginger fits that bill. Simple and always full of flavor. Sometimes I add greens (like kale or spinach) if I’m feeling a little extra sassy!
Bike rides with the kids and some light jogging on weekends.
You always hear how good eating healthy makes you feel, but I’ve found drinking healthy makes is even easier! It’s quick and simple to get a few servings of fruit and vegetables in a glass and sip it down instead of a sugary snack.
Bicycle ride with the family to the beach.
It gives me energy and helps me to stay focused during the day!
I like them all. But choosing one, it‘s Auntie Oxie. Love the color of the juice and it tastes wonderful! I need one with greens and the pomegranate seeds are great. Besides, I am trying to stay young and antioxidant is very crucial for me for slowing aging.
I always believe that you are what you eat and healthy foods keep you alive and active. A healthy eating habit the most important part of my life. No instant foods, no late-night snacking, but fresh and healthy food for better life. Good health is the most important thing in life, nothing else. Living long with good health is an important goal in my life. Also, a proper workout provides me a better lifestyle keeping me active. Raw juice and good workout, that is it.
Inner beauty is my belief. Because of a busy schedule, there is not much time to eat various veggies or fruits. Drinking juice is simple and an easy way to take in nature’s fresh ingredients and feel very healthy. I can have lots of different veggies or fruits without anything left behind and this does help my inner health…clear blood, better digestion and even better physical shape!
