Q. My order says delivered but I don’t see my package?

We are here to help. In our experience with missing packages, most have turned up at a neighbors home, or front office within a week or so. Please also check with your neighbors and front office to see if the courier might have accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Otherwise, we may have to file a claim for you with the courier. Please reach out to us via support@namawell.com with your order number and proof of missing package (security footage, message from the front office, etc.), so we can better assist you.
