The ingredients in this green juice recipe are all very supportive of your immune system in unique ways, all very helpful when you are wanting a hydrating and deeply nutritious juice.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 large kale leaves and stems
    • 2 cups of spinach leaves
    • 1 large handful of Italian flat leaf parsley (curly parsley is fine too)
    • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
    • 2 inch piece of ginger
    • 1/2 cucumber
    • 2 lemons peeled
    • 2 cups chopped and peeled pineapple

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
    • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
    • Juice in the order given.⁣
    Yield: approx. 16 ounces
