INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces of chamomile tea
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 medium fennel bulb
  • 1 apple
  • 2 yellow carrots

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil water and let chamomile tea steep for 5 minutes.⁣
  • While tea is steeping, wash your juice ingredients.⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer. Juice in the order given.⁣
  • Combine tea with juice and enjoy!⁣
