Power Up Juice
Power Up with this nutrient-dense juice, made by our friend and midwife Luise Vindahl. Kale and spinach provide a healthy serving of fiber, while grapefruit, oranges, and lemons provide vitamin C. Add a cup of berries for an extra boost of antioxidants to fight off oxidative stress and support hormone balance.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup berries
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel grapefruit, oranges, and lemon.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
