Savory Vegetable Cocktail

This savory vegetable cocktail is like a giant salad in a cup. It is a delicious way to get a load of nutrients into your body. ⁣We like this juice because it is also a nice way to get the many highly nutritious benefits of parsley. It is full of vitamins K, C, A as well as folate and iron.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 to 2 cups packed spinach
  • 2 medium carrots, washed and cut into thirds
  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley, leaves and stems⁣
  • 1 large red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed cut to easily feed into your juicer
  • 2 large celery stalks
  • 4 medium sized tomatoes⁣, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 lemon⁣, peel removed
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves (optional)⁣
  • A sprinkle of sea salt (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
  • Feed all ingredients through the juicer and enjoy!⁣
