Watermelon Wellness Shots
A hydrating wellness shot made with watermelon, celery, lemon, and ginger. Watermelon and celery help replenish fluids, while ginger and cayenne add a gentle digestive kick.
Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, peeled
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
- Wash the celery, then cut the celery, lemon, and ginger into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.
- Juice the watermelon, celery, lemon, and ginger.
- Stir in the sea salt and cayenne, if using.
- Pour into 2-oz juice shot bottles or small glasses.
