Kiwi Green

This green juice combines spinach, a powerhouse of iron, calcium, and vitamin K for bone health, with celery, offering hydration and essential electrolytes like potassium. Kiwis add a sweet-tart twist, delivering a high dose of vitamin C to support immunity and skin health. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bunch spinach leaves
  • 4 celery stalks and leaves
  • 3 kiwis

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.
  • Chop spinach and celery stalks. Peel and chop kiwis.
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.

Notes:

  • Substitute spinach with chard and kiwi fruit with 2 small apples.⁣
