Warming Spring Tea with Fennel
Springtime temperatures can bounce up and down, so enjoy this tasty and refreshing juice that pairs beautifully with warm green tea for extra vitamin C and antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 cups brewed green tea
- 1 teaspoon honey, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce.
- Peel lemon and remove stems and core from fennel.
- Chop all ingredients to fit into
the juicer. - When ready to serve, pour 8 ounces of hot green tea into a mug. Add a squeeze of honey if desired. Top with 3-4 ounces of juice and stir to combine. Drink immediately.
