Blueberry Maple Smoothie
Blueberries and maple syrup are a great-tasting combo, especially for days you want a sweet but healthy breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups cashew or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend on high until reaching your desired consistency, about 45-60 seconds.
