Creamy Peach Sorbet
Packed with vitamin C–rich peaches and naturally hydrating ingredients, this sorbet supports skin health and digestion while offering a bright, refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 cups frozen peaches
- Zest of a lemon
Directions
- Combine the yogurt and syrup and mix well. Spoon into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
- Switch out your J2 juice strainer for your Sorbet Attachment, then reassemble the juicer.
- Close the lid, then turn the juicer on, and load ingredients through the top hole of the juicer.
- For best results, load frozen peaches and yogurt one at a time. Note: The sorbet will dispense into the pulp collector.
- When all ingredients have been added, stir the lemon zest into sorbet with a wooden spoon to combine the flavors. Serve immediately.
