    Maple Tahini Latte

    The blend of tahini and coffee creates a unique, rich flavor that’s both nutty with a subtle, earthy depth. Balanced with creamy macadamia nuts and a touch of sweetness for a comforting, indulgent drink for cooler spring mornings.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup macadamia nuts
    • 1 tablespoon tahini
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
    • Pinch sea salt
    • 2 cups freshly brewed coffee, cooled
    • 2 cups water

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
    • Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
    • Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
    • To serve as a hot drink, steam with a milk wand or heat in a saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly. Serve sprinkled with a little more cinnamon.
