    Fresh strawberries, creamy cashews, and rich pistachios combine with floral cardamom in this vibrant spring milk. The addition of ashwagandha enhances its calming benefits, creating a nourishing drink that supports both body and mind during the seasonal transition to spring.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup fresh strawberries, leaves removed
    • ½ cup cashews
    • ½ cup shelled pistachios
    • 2 dates, pitted
    • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
    • Pinch sea salt
    • 4 cups water
    • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder, optional

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
    • Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
    • Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy. Serve immediately at room temperature or chilled.
