All the ingredients in this shot have a long history of immune-supporting use. Dilute with water if you find it a little too strong.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1-2 inch piece ginger
- 1-2 inch piece turmeric
DIRECTIONS
- Wash produce well.
- Peel lemons.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
