The tropical fruit masks the greens and helps make this smoothie a powerful anti-inflammatory treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash produce.
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend on high until reaching your desired consistency, about 45-60 seconds.
