    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups spinach
    • 2 medium zucchinis
    • 1 small or ½ large fennel bulb
    • 1 kiwi
    • ½ lemon, peeled

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash all produce well.
    • Cut the produce into the appropriate sizes for the juicer.
    • Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy!

    Notes:

    • Substitute zucchini with chard or bok choy and kiwi with ½ green apple or ½ cup pineapple.⁣
    • Substitute zucchini with cucumber for a lighter juice.⁣
    • Add some fennel fronds for a more intense anise flavor.⁣
