Cranberry Punch
You do not need to buy those insanely sweetened and processed cranberry beverages! Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and are considered by many to be a “superfood”. Like most produce, but especially berries, it is best to try and use organic ones so that they have been grown without all those harmful chemicals.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
(washed) - 1 medium size beet
(peeled and chopped) - 2 large oranges
(peeled and chopped)
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.
- Juice in the order given
- Serve over ice (2/3 of the glass) and top up with sparkling mineral water (last 1/3 of the glass).
- Top with a slice of orange or mandarin and enjoy!
