Chocolate Protein Powder
A simple, whole-food protein blend made from seeds and cacao. Hemp, pumpkin, chia, and flax provide plant-based protein, fiber, and healthy fats to support energy and satiety, while cacao adds antioxidants and a rich chocolate flavor. Blend into smoothies or stir into plant-based milks for an easy protein boost.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder, to taste
- Pinch of salt, optional
- ½ tsp vanilla powder, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Add hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until a fine, even powder forms.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla (if using). Blend again briefly to fully incorporate.
- For a smoother consistency, sift the mixture and re-blend any larger bits.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for freshness.
