Carrots are not just for juicing. Try them in this creamy smoothie with vitamin-C rich mango, protein-rich hemp hearts, and some sweet coconut milk that offers a healthy source of fat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium carrot
- 3/4 frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 cup light coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
