Peach Smoothie Bowl
Peaches and cream is a sweet summer delight, and this recipe uses cashews for a dairy-free version. The juicy flesh of peaches also contains good-for-you antioxidants along with vitamin C, polyphenols, and carotenoids.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
TOPPINGS
- Chia seeds
- Toasted pumpkin seeds
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Fresh berries
DIRECTIONS
- Add the peaches, milk, and maple syrup into the blender jug, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with your favorite additions, including chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and toasted coconut flakes.
Note:
- To make homemade cashew milk in the Nama M1, combine 1 cup cashews, 3-4 cups water, 2 pitted dates, and a pinch of sea salt.
