    As green as holly, this smoothie packs in a ton of vitamin k and iron from the spinach while still tasting sweet thanks to frozen banana and honey.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 6 cups packed spinach leaves
    • 4 frozen bananas
    • 2 cups nut milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 cup ice

    • Garnish:
      Sprinkle of shredded coconut

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash spinach leaves well.⁣
    • Add all ingredients to a blender.⁣
    • Blend until well combined, and serve.⁣
    Makes: 32 ounces

    Tip: If you have any leftovers, freeze them as cubes and pop them in the blender whenever you want a fresh smoothie!
