    Frozen bananas and cauliflower offer a creamy base to this bowl that is loaded with essential vitamins and superfoods like ashwagandha, cinnamon, chia, and pumpkin seeds.

    INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
    • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
    • ¼ cup frozen cauliflower
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 tablespoon roasted and salted pumpkin seeds, for topping

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, bananas, vanilla, ashwagandha, and cinnamon to the blender, and blend until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds.⁣
    • Refrigerate for at least an hour, or up to overnight.⁣
    • Top with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup, and enjoy.⁣
