Blueberry Green Tea Spritzer

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ lemon
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 8 ounces sparkling water

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Peel the lemon and ginger, then cut them into sizes appropriate for the juicer.⁣
  • Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprig.⁣
  • Add the blueberries, lemon, ginger, and rosemary leaves to the juicer.⁣
  • In two large glasses, combine the blueberry juice and cooled green tea. Add the honey or maple syrup, if desired, and stir well.⁣
  • Fill the glasses with ice and top with sparkling water.⁣
  • Gently stir and garnish each glass with 2-3 extra blueberries and a sprig of rosemary.⁣
