Energize milk
A great coffee alternative, this milk supports energy levels and reduces fatigue with a blend of powerful ingredients. Mineral-rich oats combine with cacao, creating a gently invigorating drink that supports long-lasting energy. Add maca and reishi for even more sustained energy, endurance, and stress resilience.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup oats
- 6 brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon reishi
- 1 date, pitted
- Pinch sea salt
- 3 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
- Serve over ice, or warm for an energizing hot chocolate.
Notes:
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Substitute date with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
