Holiday Punch
Toast the season with this un-beetably delicious drink recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 pineapples
- 3 large beets
- 1 1/2 large cucumbers
- 3 lemons
- 12-24 ounces sparkling water
Garnish:
Dehydrated orange or lemon- Rosemary sprigs
- Pearl skewer with 3-4 blueberries
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Remove the skin from pineapples and cut into chunks.
- Peel lemons.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Juice the pineapples, beets, cucumbers, and lemons. Skim off any excess foam.
- Just before serving, place the juice and ice cubes in a punch bowl, then pour the sparkling water over the top. Stir, then serve into glasses.
Tip: Serve alongside the green one if you’re entertaining a big group! You use a lot of the same ingredients and can prepare it at the same time.
