While mango and banana are sweet fruits, this smoothie is a balanced treat thanks to the cashew milk, chia seeds, and hemp seeds that offer healthy fats and protein.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to the blender. Blend until smooth.⁣
  • Stir in the chia seeds and let rest for 2 minutes before enjoying.⁣
