Warming Spring Tea with Fennel

Springtime temperatures can bounce up and down, so enjoy this tasty and refreshing juice that pairs beautifully with warm green tea for extra vitamin C and antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 2 cups brewed green tea
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce.⁣
  • Peel lemon and remove stems and core from fennel.⁣
  • Chop all ingredients to fit into
    the juicer.⁣
  • When ready to serve, pour 8 ounces of hot green tea into a mug. Add a squeeze of honey if desired. Top with 3-4 ounces of juice and stir to combine. Drink immediately.⁣
Makes: 16 ounces
