Immunity Shot
All the ingredients in this “shot” have a long history of immune supporting use. Dilute with water if you find it too strong.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 2 inch piece of turmeric
- 1 peeled lemon
DIRECTIONS:
- Juice in order given using juice strainer
- Stir in the below ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of raw honey
- 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or coconut oil - 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
