Revitalizing Juice

Increase your iron intake with this nutrient-filled Revitalizing Juice, created by our friend and midwife Luise Vindahl. The combination of iron-rich beetroot and vitamin C from strawberries, pomegranate seeds, and lemon encourages iron absorption, while ginger and cucumber add a refreshing kick.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 - to 2-inch piece ginger
  • 1 English cucumber

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Remove stems from strawberries.⁣
  • Peel the beet and lemon.⁣
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.⁣
