Celery Glow Up
A crisp, clean tonic to hydrate and refresh. Celery supports hydration and healthy blood pressure, lime adds a citrus kick and vitamin C for immune health, and turmeric brings anti-inflammatory power.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 celery ribs
- 1 lime, peeled
- 2-inch piece turmeric
- 1 apple, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all produce into pieces that will fit easily into the juicer.
- Starting with the turmeric and lime, juice all ingredients. Enjoy.
Note:
- The optional apple balances the natural bitterness from celery and turmeric, but can be left out for a sugar-free juice.
