Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Start your day with this rich and satisfying protein shake packed with wholesome oats, protein-rich hemp seeds, and creamy peanut butter. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout recovery, or an afternoon energy boost, this shake is as nutritious as it is indulgent.
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup oats
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, add all ingredients to the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout.
Notes:
- Add more or less maple syrup depending on sweetness of protein powder.
