Maca Mocha "Latte"
Mix up your latte routine with this drink that features raw cacao and maca, which are both mineral-rich. Cacao has magnesium, while maca is a great source of calcium.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1-2 teaspoons maca powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 cups oat or other plant-based milk
DIRECTIONS
- To make homemade almond milk in the J2, start by soaking 2 cups of raw almonds in 3 cups of water overnight. Drain and rinse, then feed 2 cups of almonds with 2 to 3 cups of water through the juicer to make the milk.
- Whisk together the cacao powder, maca powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and hot water until there are no clumps. Slowly whisk in the almond milk.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.
