All Green Smoothie

A refreshing and energizing smoothie packed with green goodness and a hint of sweetness from melon and coconut water. Providing essential nutrients and hydration to replenish what has been lost after a workout or busy workday.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup green melon
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash spinach and mint well.
  • Chop cucumber.
  • Pit and scoop avocado flesh.
  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Substitute spinach with any other mild-tasting spring green.⁣
  • Substitute green melon with 2 kiwi fruit, peeled.⁣
  • For extra protein, substitute flax seeds with hemp seeds.⁣
