All Green Smoothie
A refreshing and energizing smoothie packed with green goodness and a hint of sweetness from melon and coconut water. Providing essential nutrients and hydration to replenish what has been lost after a workout or busy workday.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small avocado
- 1 cup green melon
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Wash spinach and mint well.
- Chop cucumber.
- Pit and scoop avocado flesh.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Substitute spinach with any other mild-tasting spring green.
- Substitute green melon with 2 kiwi fruit, peeled.
- For extra protein, substitute flax seeds with hemp seeds.
