This hydrating juicer is rich in fiber, antioxidants, and gut-supportive plants, like fennel, kiwi, and lemon, making it the perfect choice to support digestion and overall wellness.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 small or ½ large fennel bulb
- 1 kiwi
- ½ lemon, peeled
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut the produce into the appropriate sizes for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy!
Notes:
- Substitute zucchini with chard or bok choy and kiwi with ½ green apple or ½ cup pineapple.
- Substitute zucchini with cucumber for a lighter juice.
- Add some fennel fronds for a more intense anise flavor.
