This creamy and balanced blend provides key ingredients for gut health, while boosting nutrients. Frozen banana provides a creamy texture with the perfect hint of sweetness to balance the greens and matcha. With less than 1 serve of fruit per serve, it is a delicious low sugar treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup coconut kefir, or coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 scoop collagen powder or unflavoured plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash spinach well.⁣
  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!⁣
