Matcha Green
This creamy and balanced blend provides key ingredients for gut health, while boosting nutrients. Frozen banana provides a creamy texture with the perfect hint of sweetness to balance the greens and matcha. With less than 1 serve of fruit per serve, it is a delicious low sugar treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut kefir, or coconut yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 scoop collagen powder or unflavoured plant-based protein powder
- 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Wash spinach well.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
