Dandelion Chai

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 roasted dandelion root tea bags
- ⅔ cup oats
- ⅓ cup cashews
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 cardamom pods, or ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 6 black peppercorns
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

In a large heat-proof jug or pot, steep dandelion tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, squeezing out the excess liquid before discarding. Add 2 cups of cold water.
