Beat the Winter Blues Smoothie
This thick, creamy, and antioxidant-rich smoothie can lift any winter blues away.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups frozen berries
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2-3 cups nut or oat milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 cup Greek yogurt per serving to swirl, optional
Garnish:
Frozen Berries
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
- Gently spoon the smoothie into the glass.
- Swirl in Greek yogurt if you want a thicker meal-like drink.
Tip: If you have any leftovers, freeze them as cubes and pop them in the blender whenever you want a fresh smoothie!
