    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 lime
    • 1-2 inch piece turmeric
    • 1-2 inch piece ginger
    • 1 large cucumber
    • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
    • 1 bunch Swiss chard leaves
    • 1 bunch parsley or cilantro
    • 1 head celery

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
    • Peel lime.⁣
    • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer and enjoy.⁣
