    Recipes
    Mock Paloma

The Paloma is the national drink of Mexico. It’s a refreshingly simple drink with tequila, lime, and grapefruit. This mock version features grapefruit, lime, and a splash of tonic water for a tasty and nourishing seasonal sip without the alcohol.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 ruby grapefruits, peeled
    • 2 limes, peeled
    • 1 tablespoon agave
    • 4 ounces tonic water
    • Freshly ground black pepper

    GARNISH

    • Salt rim (Pink Himalayan sea salt + rosemary)
    • 1-2 wedges of lime

    DIRECTIONS

    • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it into the salt mixture. Set aside.⁣
    • Juice grapefruits and limes. Stir in agave syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.⁣
    • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour enough juice to half-fill each glass.⁣
    • Top with tonic water and season with a twist of freshly cracked black pepper.⁣
    Makes: 16 ounces
