    A tart-sweet twist on classic lemonade made with fresh cherries and lemon juice. Cherries provide anthocyanins and polyphenols that support heart health and help reduce inflammation, while lemons add vitamin C for immune support and brightness. Refreshing, vibrant, and made for warm days.

    Ingredients

    • 6 lemons, peeled
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 ½ cups fresh cherries, pitted
    • 12 basil or mint leaves, optional
    • 4 tablespoon maple syrup, optional

    Directions

    • Wash all produce well.⁣
    • Juice lemons. Stir in water and maple syrup, if using. Set aside.⁣
    • Juice the cherries with the herbs, if using.⁣
    • Combine with the juiced lemons and taste, adding more maple syrup if desired.⁣
    • Serve and enjoy.⁣
