Anti-inflammatory Shot
A bright wellness shot with pineapple, papaya, lime, and fresh turmeric. Naturally refreshing, with ingredients traditionally used to support digestion and help reduce inflammation.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, peeled
- 1 cup papaya, peeled
- 2 limes, peeled
- 3-inch piece fresh turmeric
- 8–10 mint leaves
- ½ cup coconut water
Directions
- Cut the lime and turmeric into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.
- Juice the pineapple, papaya, lime, turmeric, and mint.
- Stir in the coconut water to finish.
- Pour into small 2-ounce juice shot bottles or glasses.
- For extra digestive support, add a 2–3-inch piece of fresh ginger when juicing.
