Minty Red Melon Refresher
Both watermelon and cherries are filled with phytonutrients and antioxidants like lycopene and anthocyanins. The mint combined with ginger takes the flavor profile up a notch.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 cucumber
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 1-2 inch piece ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the lime.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
