Tropical Holiday Mule
Similar to a traditional Moscow Mule but with tropical flavors, serve this drink to brighten up any holiday gathering.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oranges
- 6 lemons
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2-inch piece ginger
- 24-36 ounces sparkling water
Garnish:
Pearl skewer with pieces of candied ginger- Lemon slices
- Mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel oranges and lemons.
- Remove the skin from pineapples, and cut into chunks.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size and add to the juicer.
- Once juiced, add up to 36 ounces of sparkling water and serve.
Tip: This recipe replicates the kick of ginger beer by combining fresh ginger with sparkling water and fresh fruit juice. You use equal parts of these three juices, and add enough sparkling water to make it pop!
