    Ingredients

    • 3 cups watermelon, peeled
    • 2 celery ribs
    • 1 lemon, peeled
    • 2-inch piece fresh ginger
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

    Directions

    • Wash the celery, then cut the celery, lemon, and ginger into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.⁣
    • Juice the watermelon, celery, lemon, and ginger.⁣
    • Stir in the sea salt and cayenne, if using.⁣
    • Pour into 2-oz juice shot bottles or small glasses.⁣
