Winter Immunity Cubes
A warming, immune-supportive blend of orange, carrot, and turmeric, infused with aromatic star anise and cinnamon. These flavorful cubes can be added to hot water, juice, or tea for a gentle boost of vitamin C and antioxidants that help the body stay strong through the colder months. INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 oranges, peeled
- 4 large carrots
- 2-inch piece turmeric
- 6 star anise
- 6 cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Juice oranges, carrots, and turmeric.
- Pour into an ice tray and place a small piece of star anise and a cinnamon stick in each cube.
- Freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, pop the cubes out of the tray and store them in a reusable freezer bag or container.
- When ready to enjoy, add one cube to warm water or melt into juice, tea, or sparkling water.
