    Turmeric Citrus Tonic

    A bright, tangy immune shot packed with citrus and spice. Orange and lemon boost vitamin C, while turmeric and black pepper enhance absorption and fight inflammation. Cayenne supports circulation, and raw honey soothes and strengthens the immune system. An easy daily ritual for winter health.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • Pinch cayenne pepper
    • 2 teaspoons raw honey
    • ¼ cup warm water
    • 3 oranges
    • 3 lemons

    DIRECTIONS

    • In the J2 pitcher, combine the turmeric, black pepper, and cayenne. Add the honey and warm water, then whisk to combine.⁣
    • Using the J2 citrus attachment, juice the oranges and lemons directly into the pitcher. Whisk again to combine.⁣
    • Divide the juice evenly between eight 2-oz shot glasses, stirring as you go to keep the spices distributed.⁣
    • Store in the refrigerator and shake well before drinking.⁣

    Note:
    • Juice can be strained to remove pulp, if preferred.
