INGREDIENTS
- 6 kale leaves
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 4-inch piece ginger
- 4-inch piece turmeric
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the kale thoroughly.
- Peel the lemon, ginger, and turmeric.
- Cut all ingredients into sizes appropriate for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer.
- Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

- Bromelain is in highest concentration in the core of the pineapple.
