INGREDIENTS

  • 6 kale leaves
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • 4-inch piece ginger
  • 4-inch piece turmeric
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash the kale thoroughly.
  • Peel the lemon, ginger, and turmeric.
  • Cut all ingredients into sizes appropriate for the juicer.
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer.
  • Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
