Golden Wellness Bowl
This creamy smoothie bowl combines tropical pineapple and banana with the warming flavors of ginger and turmeric for a nourishing, golden treat. Packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory benefits, it’s the perfect blend to support your winter wellness.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ cups frozen pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- ½-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
- ½ cup coconut water
TOPPINGS
- Sliced blood orange
- Blueberries
- Pepitas
- Coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama C2, add frozen pineapple, banana, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, ginger, turmeric and coconut water into the blender jug.
- Blend until smooth, using the tamper as needed.
- Divide mixture into two bowls and garnish with sliced blood orange, blueberries, pepitas and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
