Bitter Arugula Grapefruit Elixir
This bright, peppery elixir aids in stimulating digestive chemicals for healthier digestion. It also helps to calm inflammation and disruptive digestive symptoms like post-meal gas.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2-inch piece ginger
- Sparkling water, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the grapefruit.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy 2-4 ounces before a meal.
- To make a tonic, mix with 4-6 ounces sparkling water.
